Q1: Which Airports do you provide transportation to?
Our service is primarily aimed at residents of Flintshire travelling to and from our two local airports, Manchester and John Lennon Liverpool, however, our service fully extends to all UK airports upon request, even throughout Europe. Please contact us for a quotation and availability in this case. -
Q2. When am I expected to pay for my journey?
The price will have already been agreed in advance, you simply pay cash on the day that your driver comes to collect you. -
Q3. What if we have a large party of guests travelling to the same destination?
No problem, provided we are notified well in advance, we can provide the necessary additional transportation as required. -
Q4. Do you provide transportation for the disabled?
Yes, our vehicles are fully equipped to accommodate the disabled and our drivers are fully trained, empathetic and experienced in helping people who require that extra bit of assistance. -
Q5. Are your prices charged per passenger or per vehicle?
Our charges are for each vehicle, not per passenger so you just pay one fee, agreed in advance. -
Q6. On my return journey, how will I find my driver at the airport?
We will be aware of your flight number and will check on the day of your arrival in case of delay. Our driver will meet and greet you at the terminal for no extra charge . We always take a mobile contact number from you so will telephone you should the need arise. -
Q7. Can I choose a female driver?
We have both male and female drivers available so if you do have a preference, please mention it when making your booking. -
Q8. Are your drivers qualified?
All our drivers are highly experienced, fully qualified and registered with the local licencing authority. -

Q10. Can I bring my own baby/child seat?
Yes, from a safety perspective we strongly encourage the use of baby carriers and child booster seats at all times and to ensure the correct chair is provided for your child's age and weight, you will be required to provide your own. We will store the seat for you whilst you are away and bring it back again for your return journey.
